We've helped a number of businesses with their internal IT functions to streamline and improve reliability, scalability and direction. These services are usually provided as a monthly retainer agreement and we agree a number of hours upfront with you.

Currently, we work with a number of design agencies and other small firms to support their day to day function in supplying and managing their clients with IT services and support. This includes support throughout the development lifecycle of a new site or service and consultation on cloud platforms.

Our services include helping customers to get the most out of cloud environments such as AWS. This can include things like performing a migration from legacy bare-metal environments into the cloud and suggesting how best to begin using cloud native services rather than simply doing a lift & shift.

Some of our other work includes managing client systems in traditional datacentre environments, whether this be servers or networking devices.

We want to be transparent as possible about our pricing. Our hourly rate is £60 plus VAT. Where we provide retainers for our clients, we agree a number of hours upfront and charge for these on a monthly basis in advance. As part of a retainer agreement, we agree an SLA (Service Level Agreement) with our client and the types of activity that will be covered by the retainer.
